Using a Gift Voucher
Once you have either purchased or received a gift voucher for a flying experience, you need to follow the instructions on how to activate it.
Upon activating the voucher you will usually be given the option to exchange or upgrade the experience, but if you happy with what you had you can proceed to enter your details.
Once you details are entered, you will be returned a booking code and instruction which will usually be the operator or airfield details. You can book your flight or experience directly with the operator who will collect your voucher code, and redeem the voucher. The operator will then issue you with a booking confirmation which is usually an email.
Booking Directly onto a Date
For many of the Helicopter and Aeroplane flying lessons you can book directly onto our site. In the main menu and also on the foot of the homepage you will see links to the various calendars.
Using the calendar you can filter for the experience and location you are looking to book for then search for a date that suits you.
Once you have placed your booking you will receive and confirmation email. You may also receive other information about the experience directly from the operator. It's vital you have your booking confirmation before you make any arrangements in conjunction with the booking.
As flying experiences are extremely weather dependant, we strongly advise taking out insurance cover if you are organising hotels or long travel distances. If a flight is cancelled because of bad weather, you will be able to rebook another date, but neither flydays.co.uk or the operator will be responsible for any lost funds in relation to the cancelled booking such as travel, accomodation and work.
