Even though it's the one element we're not in control of, flying lessons and flying experiences usually go ahead in most weathers. However, certain conditions are more favourable for some experiences than others, and we do advise on all experiences listed on our website that they are weather dependent.

In the case of severe weather warnings or exceptional circumstances, the supplier of the experience at the venue will usually contact you directly to advise you of this, and make alternative arrangements if your experience has to be postponed or cancelled.

For some experiences, such as our Hot Air Balloon Rides, you will be advised to contact the supplier either the night before a morning flight or the afternoon before an evening flight to confirm flight times and if the experience is going ahead, and your attention is drawn to this in the copy for the relevant experience which you are advised to read through carefully before booking.
