On the whole, the answer is usually yes, but this will vary from package to package. Between 45 - 60 hours are currently required by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) to complete your flight training to obtain your PPL (Private Pilot's Licence).

The best way to check if the Aeroplane Flying Lesson or Helicopter Flying Lesson counts towards your training hours is to carefully read through the copy for the package you're interested in before making the booking, as it will usually state here whether or not it counts.
