This will vary greatly depending on which flying lesson package you opt for. In almost all cases, you may just be flying around the same immediate airspace as the airfield or aerodrome you're taking off from and landing back at. 

However, with some flying lessons, there is the chance that you may be flying between two destinations and back - particularly useful if you're at the stage of your flight training where you will be required to complete a supervised solo flight between two destinations.
